How do I download my file/s?
After your purchase, you will be sent an email to the address you provide during checkout. This email will contain a link to download your file/s.
Please check your junk / spam folder is you do not see your email in your inbox within 5 minutes of your purchase.
Your download will contain a single file or zip file if your purchase contains more than one file. You will need to unzip this file after you download it.
Every listing contains details of which file formats you will receive once unzipped.
If you have any trouble with your download, you can contact me anytime using the form above.
What can I do if I have trouble downloading my file/s?
You can contact me using the form above and, if necessary, I will send your files directly to you via my reply. Or provide you with an alternate link (if the file/s are too large for email).
Can I return my file/s for a refund?
Due to the nature of digital files, no returns can be accepted. Refunds will only be given if your file/s could not be downloaded. All downloads are logged and recorded. Change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund once your file/s have been downloaded.
